My name is Anita Vagvolgyi. I am a qualified REPs registered personal trainer and XPERT qualified pole dancing instructor with a keen interest in bodyweight training.
When I was 17 I started breakdancing and did it for 3 years when due to an injury I had to stop it and didn't exercise at all for 6 years when I finally worked up the courage to go to a poledancing class that I've wanted to do for years. I fell in love with it straight away. It gave me the same satisfaction and excitement what breakdancing did.
I instantly felt part of a supportive community where I could get strong, learn new skills and push my body to do things I've never thought it would be able to do. I felt the same passion as before and wanted to enhance my knowledge about the human body and what it's capable of so I completed a personal trainer course.
I also had plans to eventually teach pole too so when Justina mentioned that she's opening a studio I immediately jumped on the idea and got the necessary qualification completed.
