12 Week Courses

12 week courses are finally here!

We will be offering 5 different courses that are available to book in the same way as a private lesson. Once you have chosen a course then you have the option of attending twice a week for 45minutes, continuous for 12 weeks. The school will encourage students to attend twice a week but this is guidance rather than a rule and regular classes and private tuition will also aid development. Each course can include up to six people* (see terms and conditions before booking).

Types of Courses

Cardiovascular excercies and training.
Resistance training and core strengthening.
Pole fitness for all abilities.
12 Weeks of Training. (Heels or No Heels).
This is a specialised Swingdon School of Pole course.

These courses can be completed in socks or heels. Once the course is completed students will receive a Swingdon School of pole certificate.

These courses are designed to lay a solid foundation and give focus so students can clearly see their progression. Students are still encouraged to attend regular weekly classes (and/or private tuition) so they can continue to develop and progress.
