This course is based on vigorous cardio workouts that include bungee fitness, TRX, specialised steep hill thigh & glutes workout and military style conditioning. In week one you will be taken through a fitness test, there’s an optional weigh in and body measurements at the beginning of 12 weeks and the end. The aim during this week is to understand your goals and understand your natural body movement so a programme can be tailored to suit all abilities.
One of the main benefits of our courses are you can get 24 private lessons that are dedicated to you and your development. The session times can be shared up to six people. The lessons can be chosen anytime over the 12 weeks/3 months validity period after you have purchased a course. The sessions will each last 45mins.
