Turn Your Fat into Muscle Course

This course is based on resistance training that includes resistance band led workouts, weighted bar training, dumb bells, chin up bar, pull up bar, bungee resistance training, rings, ladder workouts and dip station. In week one you will be taken through a fitness test, there’s an optional weigh in and body measurements at the beginning of 12 weeks and the end. The aim during this week is to understand your goals and understand your natural body movement so a programme can be tailored to suit all abilities.

One of the main benefits of our courses are you can get 24 private lessons that are dedicated to you and your development. The session times can be shared up to six people. The lessons can be chosen anytime over the 12 weeks/3 months validity period after you have purchased a course. The sessions will each last 45mins.
