This is a specialised Swingdon School of Pole course.
These courses will challenge your creativity on and around the pole. It’s designed for first time pole fitness students through to advanced students. The ability grading will use the same guidance as group classes so a beginner’s course will consist of moves on the floor, thigh/knee holds and basic inverts are optional. An intermediate course will consist of 3 points of contact so both hands on & knee i.e. Buddha or butterfly etc. An advanced course will consist of any moves, handsprings and deadlifts.
The course will last for 12 weeks and students are encouraged to attend at least twice per week but this is guidance not a rule. Students will be taught a minimum of 12 moves and they will learn some basic combinations for examination preparation.
One of the main benefits of our courses are you can get 24 private lessons that are dedicated to you and your development. The session times can be shared up to six people. The lessons can be chosen anytime over the 12 weeks/3 months validity period after you have purchased a course. The sessions will each last 45mins.
